Load your best shots once. Cadence writes a caption in your voice, picks the hashtags, and publishes on the schedule you set — so your feed stays active even on the weeks you don't have time to think about it.
Pricing is set. Signups open the day Instagram finishes approving the integration — leave your email and you'll hear first.

The problem
You have the photos. Posting them just keeps getting bumped for whatever's actually urgent. A week goes by, then a month, and the feed that's supposed to prove you're active starts working against you instead.
01
Posting isn't hard, it's just never the most urgent thing on the list — so it quietly stops happening.
02
Every post needs a caption and hashtags. That small friction is enough to talk yourself out of posting on a busy day.
03
A prospect checking your Instagram before they call sees the same three posts from two months ago.
How it works
Drag in photos whenever you have them — a batch after a shoot, or one at a time. Reorder or shuffle so similar shots don't post back to back.
Pick your posting days, a time, and your timezone. Describe your brand voice once and choose how hashtags should work — auto, a fixed set, or none.
On schedule, Cadence writes a caption for the next photo in line and publishes it to Instagram. No app to open, nothing to approve unless you want to check in.
Worth knowing
Cadence connects directly through Instagram's own login — not the Facebook Business route most tools require. If your Instagram was never linked to a Facebook Page, that's normally where setup stalls. Here, it isn't a step at all.
Describe how you actually write — short and punchy, warm and conversational, whatever it is — once in settings. Every caption follows it instead of sounding like every other automated account.
Drag to reorder the queue or shuffle it in one click, so five photos of the same kitchen don't post four days in a row.
Every post — what went out, when, and whether it succeeded — stays logged. Nothing disappears into a black box.

Questions
When does Cadence open?
Cadence is built and running. It connects through Instagram's own login, and Instagram reviews every app that does that before it can accept the public. That review is in progress. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the day it clears — nothing else.
Do I need a Facebook account to connect Instagram?
No. Cadence uses Instagram's own login, not the Facebook Business route — you just need a Professional (Business or Creator) Instagram account.
Can I see or edit a caption before it posts?
No — captions are written at the moment of posting, so there’s nothing sitting there to approve. That’s what makes Cadence hands-off. You shape them through your brand voice settings, and every caption lands in your history the moment it goes out.
What if I run out of photos in my queue?
Cadence simply skips that day until you add more — it never reposts or pulls from anywhere else.
Can I run more than one Instagram account?
Not yet — each subscription connects one Instagram account. If you need several, get in touch and we’ll talk through it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page, whenever you want. No contract.
